GENERAL TERMS

All prices are dependent on factors such as quality, skill level, time taken, etc. Prices are not and never will be, up for debate or negotiation.I have the right to update my terms of service at my discretion, refuse or cancel a commission, charge additional fees (within reason), and use commissioned pieces in my portfolios.By commissioning me you agree that you have read my terms of service and understand that it is a binding contract. You must be 16+ years of age to commission me.I do my best to be as quick as possible to finish your art, but please note that TIME MAY VARY. I will provide WIPs as I am working on your art. Keep in mind that a typical time frame for me getting artwork done range from roughly 1 week to 1 month unless noted.

WILL DRAW. . .

- Furries (anthro and feral)
- Humans
- Candy/non-excessive gore
- NSFW, so long as the commissioner is 18+ and has provided photo ID to prove as much and the commission does not include anything I do not feel comfortable drawing

WILL NOT DRAW . . .

- Extreme gore
- NSFW/Suggestive imagery of any feral creatures, including from media
- Incest, pedophilia, beastiality (and anything similar)
- Centaurs
- Non-human genitals
- Inflation, fat fetish, breeding
- Abuse, extremely harmful ideologies

If you are unsure where something falls in these categories, do not hesitated to reach out to me directly and ask! I will let you know if I am comfortable making it or not.--My work may not under any circumstances be made into a non fungible token (NFT). If you see my art being distributed as such please contact me and let me know. Anyone found to be using my art as an NFT will be blacklisted. You may NOT trace my work, edit my work, claim my work as your own, etc. You may NOT sell any work I produce for you unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand, etc.

ART TERMS

A clear, unshaded reference must be provided for commissions. This can include a reference sheet or some type of fullbody image of the character you want drawn that clearly shows any important markings. If you only have a description or headshot (unless what you are commissioning is a headshot piece) I will offer a reference sheet/design commission to you.--
I allow changes to commissions up to a certain point. If you make changes after the lining stage you will be charged more unless it is a very minor/easy change.
When reposting my art please tag me in your post to give credit. You are NOT allowed to manufacture my work/make profit off of it unless we discuss doing so when commissioning me. If you would like to turn your commission into some type of merch to profit off of, I will require a fee that gives you the right to do so, fee will be discussed and depends on what you plan to do with the artwork. You ARE allowed to make merch of my artwork if you are giving it away for FREE (usually people make stickers to give away with other products) but please still ask me to do so.

PHYSICAL ART

The amount of charms/pins you can get are listed on my prices site.Charms/pins can only be ordered in bulk by design. For example, you cannot order a quantity of 10 charms and have them be 10 different designs. It will be 10 of the same charm. If you would like multiple charms/pins of differing characters you must order them individually.Physical art has a turnaround of 1-3 months to get to me after I send them to manufacturing. If you are anticipating getting them by a specific date, I recommend commissioning 4-6 months in advance to ensure that the art is done and has time to be manufactured.Once charms are finished at manufacturing and I receive them in the mail, I will peel off the protective seal and add the chains to them (unless requested not to) before shipping. For pins I do not peel off the protective seal and instead ship them in an organza bag as-is.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you have gotten your artwork to be shipped, I do not do deadlines to ship.I try to ship artwork/merch/etc every Monday unless something comes up.Please note that if you are commissioning a charm or pin from me, it takes about 2 months for them to get to me after sending it to my manufacturer. Once I have received the charms I will then ship them out to you.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

NOTE: PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES. WHICH MEANS PRICE MAY VARY ON CHARACTER COUNT, CHARACTER DESIGN, ACCESSORIES, BACKGROUND, SHADING, AND IF YOU'D LIKE YOUR PIECE TO BE LAMINATED AND SHIPPED OR NOT.Money must be sent through Square, Paypal, or Venmo. All payments will be done through invoices.Square is a card-based site and you do not need an account to use it. If you would like to use Paypal there will be an additional 3% fee added on to the commission price.
Venmo is really a last-resort option if you truly cannot use Square or Paypal at all.
PLEASE DO NOT ADD YOUR ADDRESS WHEN PAYING ME, SINCE I DO NOT USE SQUARE'S/PAYPAL'S SHIPPING PROCESSOR.--I do NOT do any type of refund once I have started lining your artwork.
If any type of refund is requested once I have started lining or during any process after that stage, it will be denied.
If you request a refund before I start your artwork, you must state a valid reason for doing so, 30% of payment will be kept for any refund made (unless you request the refund the same day you paid for the commission).Refunds will only be considered within 4 weeks after paying.

FURSUIT TERMS OF SERVICE

YOU MUST BE 16+ TO COMMISSION A FURSUIT FROM ME. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF PARENTAL APPROVAL AND SEND ME A PARENT/GAURDIAN’S ID.A reference sheet of some type is REQUIRED to order a fursuit. A reference sheet must show the design clearly and not have any edits or shading on it. If you do not have a reference sheet you can provide I will offer a ref/design commission in its stead. This will incur an additional fee.I typically take 2-4 suit slots at a given time. I will state openings on my social medias. Please note that as of right now I consider myself to be a BEGINNER suit maker. Do not expect super high quality like other large makers in the fandom. There may be errors with the suit. If you ever have any concerns with your suit or need repairs I am always willing to discuss them!I am only taking suit commissions for mammals at the moment, preferably canines/felines, or other animals with pawpads and have fur

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

All payments will be handled as invoices via either square or paypal. Square is preferred. I can use paypal but there will be a 3% (5% if international) fee added on to the cost of the commission. This varies on a case by case basis, and will be discussed prior to invoicing. I will not take payment that is not in the form of an invoice. There is a 30% down payment for my suit commissions. This down payment must be paid within a week of the invoice being sent, unless discussed otherwise. Once this down payment is processed I will use it to order all materials for your fursuit.Keep in mind when commissioning me that I price my work based upon how difficult I feel it will be to make the suit, material costs, time taken, the physical aspect of suit making, and how much I see my work worth. 99% of suits will not cost the base price, so be prepared to pay more- CANCELLATION POLICY -
If you request a refund or decide to cancel your commission before I start it, you must state a valid reason for doing so. I will not be offering refunds for every situation, as I am not a bank. I encourage commissioners to only commit if they are sure their financial situation is okay. While I understand things come up, I recommend not committing to a suit unless you have money set aside to make sure you can handle a situation should it come up.
The 30% down payment will be kept from any refund made (unless it is requested within the same day you paid for the commission). You must request a refund before I start working on the suit. I will refuse refunds if I have started working on your suit. If there are other circumstances that come up with payment we will discuss. If you have requested a refund after I have bought materials, note that the materials I bought will either be sold or used to make a premade fursuit. (with a different design of course)- PAYMENT PLANS -
I am willing to do payment plans of UP TO 5 MONTHS.
Depending on the length of the payment plan, I will set up payment dates in the invoice. You must pay on whatever date you sent your first payment for each month(for example if you pay your first payment on june 12th, you will have until july 12th to make your next payment and so on). More information will be discussed.I DO NOT START WORKING ON YOUR SUIT UNTIL IT IS FULLY PAID OFF.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will NOT be included in the invoice for your fursuit. Shipping will be paid once the suit is complete and ready to be sent out due to the fact that shipping rates change frequently and rates will vary per suit based upon parts and shipping location, even domestically.Commissioners should expect to pay at least $50 for shipping (if in the USA).I am also willing to do at-con suit deliveries if we are going to the same convention and the timing of your suit being finished lines up well for when the con is. Note that I do not do completion deadlines.
